Would not tell me where I could get a bus pass from

I went into the Courtenay museum, there is a sign that says visitor information, and they have bus scedules, so I took a scedule and went back to work. As I read it I realized I was going to have to get a bus pass if I were to accept a job up in Cambpell River, so I went back the next day and was going to ask if they sold bus passes or knew where I could get one, since the museum is right by the main bus stop I though they would know and possibly even sell bus passes. So I went in, the woman at the desk told me to wait, never asked me if she could help me, ran up the stairs, and ran back down, and I asked her if she knew where I could get a bus pass from, and she said I am going to have to ask you to leave the building, then she pretended to phone the police. You would not believe how shocked I felt. And she was twice the size of me. So I said I hope they charge you with discrimination, of course you know they will just do it to the next person. I phoned the city anyway and complained, partly it is the city hall which sells the bus passes which is typical, and the person on the phone was not that bad, and told me to me phone back and complain to her supervisor, which I did, it was like talking to Tweedledee dee and Tweedledum . And if they were smart they would be selling bus passes there, instead of embarrassing people when they ask for one. That is possibly one reason why Courtenay economy is crashing it is not sustainable to embarrass people instead of serving them.
